Refund policy

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. To begin, contact Marbles with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the return address before you send the item.

Item condition

Items must be returned in the same condition received: unworn except for trying on, unwashed, unaltered, and without new damage, stains or odors. Tags must remain attached if supplied. Because some Marbles pieces are made from repurposed garments, eligibility is based on the condition in which the item was sold and delivered.

Return shipping and fees

Customers pay return shipping for ordinary returns, including a change of mind or fit preference. There is no restocking fee.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and details of the issue, including photos when available. Marbles will cover the return shipping for these items and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will let you know the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Final-sale exclusions

There are no final-sale exclusions in our current catalog. Handmade, one-of-a-kind and discounted items are eligible for returns under the conditions above.
