Marbles is the store of artist Eric Newcombe at marbles.life. Our online store is hosted by Shopify. These terms describe shopping with Marbles and do not limit consumer rights under applicable law.

Products

Please review each item's description, photographs, size and condition before ordering. Some garments are repurposed, and individual pieces may have unique characteristics described on their product pages. Screen settings can affect how colors appear. Contact us before purchasing if you need measurements or more information.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate contact, shipping and payment information when placing an order. Prices, available payment methods, shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown during checkout. Products are subject to availability. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any payment collected for the unfulfilled items.

Shipping

Available shipping destinations, services and charges are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Contact us through our contact page if you need help with a shipment.

Returns and refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy applies. It offers a 30-day return-request window after delivery, subject to the stated item-condition requirements. Customers pay ordinary return shipping; Marbles covers return shipping for damaged, defective or incorrect items. There is no restocking fee and no current final-sale exclusion. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item; bank processing may take additional time.

Using the website

Use the store lawfully. Do not attempt to interfere with its operation, access another person's account, or submit fraudulent orders or misleading information.
